Can I remove permanent marker from my whiteboard?

Our boards are designed for use with drywipe pens only. If you do accidentally use a permanent marker it can be possible to remove it. Colour over the permanent marker using a dry erase marker. Make sure you cover it completely, Leave it for a short while then use a dry erase eraser to clean the whole area while it is still damp. Depending on how much permanent marker you have you might need to repeat again.

How do I clean my whiteboard?

Solvent-free board cleaner either as drywipe or as a spray will give you the best results and remove stubborn marks and ghosting. Our glass whiteboards can be cleaned with any glass cleaner. Always stay away from abrasive cleaner they will damage the surface.

How do I mount my white board?

Our wall-mounted boards include fitting instructions and often the required fixings. For freestanding units, assembly instructions are provided.
