What materials do you use for your custom printed barrier jackets?

Our barrier jackets come in a choice of 3 materials. They are all hard-wearing material that is suitable for long-term use outdoors. 450gsm is used for our basic covers for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. It is a solid material which means a better print quality, but is not suitable for windy conditions. For outdoors events and locations that are likely to experience strong winds, we recommend using a mesh material, either PVC or Polyester Aeromesh. The perforated material has reduced wind loading meaning your barriers are more stable. For our premium options we use the Aeromesh. It is best in windy conditions, is lightweight at 110 gsm for easier transportation and installation, as well as being machine washable and highly durable.

Is there a limit to the number of colours in a print design?

With the latest high-end printing machines and inks, we are able to print any number of colours and images you need. With CMYK colour matching, we can ensure your images and branding will be reproduced exactly as you need them.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts at only 5 units. This means even small venues and nightclubs can order their custom branded barrier covers with us.

How are the barrier jackets secured to the safety barriers?

We offer a variety of different banner attachments to suit different uses and events. Most of our banners include strong steel eyelets, which can be used with cable ties or elastic bungees to quickly and securely attach the covers to the safety barrier. Our OurElite Aeromesh Barrier Coverfits perfectly over the barrier and uses Velcro fastenings, for a premium and highly professional sleek look. The Velcro also makes it extra quick and easy to remove the covers—great for busy events.

Do the barrier jackets comply with safety standards for public events?

All our custom branded barrier banners are made from materials that meet B1 fire and safety regulations for use at public events.

Do you have printed covers for different sizes of barrier?

Yes. All of our barriers are available in the choice of sizes to fit a standard 2.3m or 2.5m wide event barrier. Standard 2.3m barriers have a panel size of 2170 (w) x 900mm (h) and 2.5m barriers are 2420 (w) x 900mm (h).

Are your barrier jackets machine washable?

If you need a machine washable barrier jacket, choose one of our Aeromesh options. This polyester material is suitable for washing on low.

What is the lead time for these safety barrier covers?
