Different types of custom printed gazebos

There are two main types of event tents, both coming in a range of shapes and sizes:

Metal framed pop-up tents

These tents feature a hexagonal aluminium frame with a folding concertina design. The tent is set up by expanding the frame and securing it in place with integrated clips. Custom printed roofs can be left in place during transport and printed side walls can be produced for these tents. Metal framed tents and gazebos offer lots of space and headroom and can be used with other accessories such as lighting and flags.

Inflatable tents

Inflatable tents are even quicker to set up than metal frame tents. These tents are also extra lightweight making them easy to transport. An electric or hand pump is used to inflate the tent in a matter of minutes, and then it simply has to be secured to the ground. What to look out for when choosing a gazebo?

Frame material – Gazebo frames are generally made of either steel or aluminium. Our custom branded gazebos use hex cross-section aluminium poles that are both lightweight and strong. The advantage over steel gazebos is that aluminium designs weigh significantly less, making them easier to transport and assemble. Aluminium also does not corrode, making it ideal for outdoor use.
Frame profile – Our aluminium framed gazebos have a hex profile for the uprights and support poles. This hexagonal shape gives these frames superior structural strength compared to traditional square profiled gazebo frames.
Material width – Another important consideration is the thickness and quality of the material used for the gazebo frame and roof structure. Our gazebos use a 1.8 mm thick aluminium metal, whereas many competing gazebos use a thinner 1.4 mm material.
Print type –The method used to print the graphics of a gazebo has a big effect on the durability and quality of the resulting image. We print our gazebos using dye sublimation, which involves diffusing high-quality latex inks into the surface of the fabric. This results in much more durable and more fade-resistant graphics compared to other techniques like heat transfer or vinyl printing, where graphics can peel or fade over time.
Canopy thickness – The material used for the canopy is an important factor when choosing a gazebo. Our gazebo canopies use a 600 denier polyester fabric which offers excellent water resistance and robustness. The canopy material is both weather-proof and fire-resistant, making it ideal for use at public events.

Custom branded event tents and gazebos are available in a range of sizes to suit different events and applications. Our branded canopy tents have a choice of 2 x 2, 3 x 3, 3 x 4.5, and 3 x 6 m sizes, with heights between 4 and 6 m.

Our stunning star tents have a choice of dimensions from 6 x 6 m and a 4 m height up to an impressive 15 x 15 m with a 6 m height. These amazing star tents are a great way to make your branding visible above the heads of a crowd.

Inflatable event tents are available in 2.5 x 2.5, 3 x 3, 4 x 4, 5 x 5, and 6 x 6 m versions, offering dimensions to hold a variety of guest numbers.
