Some banner printers run their printers at higher than optimum speeds to increase their throughput, but this can compromise print quality. The argument goes that banners might be viewed from a distance, so print quality is not critical. Spend a little more however and you will get crisp text and bright colours that show off your company in the best light. How you have your banner finished depends on how you want to display it. You can have straight cut edges or they can be doubled over for extra strength. Pockets for poles or eyelets for rope can be installed. As standard, all of our banners are finished with hems and eyelets for a reliable and easy to hang finish.

What banner weight do you use?

Not all PVC banners are equal. The weight and quality of the material can vary, which will impact the finish and longevity of your banner. We use heavier 450gsm PVC for the optimal balance between cost and performance. We can also provide heavier 510gsm grade pvc banners on request.

Are your PVC Banners Fire Rated?

Yes. For our standard banners, we use a semi-coated PVC material which has a DIN 4102-1 B1 fire rating, meaning it can be used for a wide variety of applications. Not all banner suppliers use fire resistant media so make sure to check when purchasing.
